Christine Romans is a financial journalist for CNN, the Cable News Network. Romans graduated from the Greenlee School in 1993 and was the editor of the Iowa State Daily. She has earned an Emmy Award and a George Foster Peabody Award. She has reported on the effect of globalization on U.S. workers, the economic collapse of 2008, the financial impacts of Hurricane Katrina and the attacks of September 11, 2001.
